Ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo bought some land about 40-50 years ago and it spans across 2 local government areas; Ibeju Lekki and Eti-Osa LGA area.

In assumption, he bought a large expanse of land at the rate of N3 million and the land is worth N4.5 billion naira 40-50 years later

Buy Land ‘in the Bush’ and wait some years for capital appreciation.
