Expert Recommend – Best Place To Buy Land Now For High Returns

One of my duties as a Property investment consultant is to help investors locate properties with high return on investment. Basically make recommendation on the best place to buy land at a given time for high return on investment. I’ve written a few articles on this website, especially the recent one I titled How I Help Nigerians Abroad Invest Safely And Get High ROI From Land Banking to guide prospective investors to locations with great potential for property appreciation. But making a choice among the options of estates you have in that location can be a bit difficult. So in this article I decided to help by making the decision easier for you. Basically the question this article answers is, if you have to pick one estate, which you usually do, which estate should you go for and why?

As an expert in Nigeria Property investment, when I make a land or property recommendation solely based on potential for price appreciation I make that decision based on the Location (neighborhood and property prices there), proposed estate amenities and the track record of the developer behind the estate. And this is what I have considered to recommend the estate I want to mention now.

So what is my Number One Estate recommendation to make your next Real Estate investment?

Whether you’re looking for a quiet place to live or a place that will offer you good returns on your money within a few years I recommend EAST AMBER ESTATE in Abijo Estate.

Update 02/04/2020

When I wrote on this topic I picked out one estate to recommend. However as our investment needs are different so will the best place to buy a land for us vary. There are certain factors to consider before you can decide on the best place to buy. And these factors I discussed in the video below.

Update 09/08/2019:

East Amber estate has now sold out. So the estate I now recommend whether you are looking for a place to live or to invest is Frontier Estate Bogije Ibeju Lekki. A lot cheaper than East Amber and farther than East Amber. But offers every benefit that East Amber also offers. And it is offered by same developer, Landwey.

In the previous article I wrote on this subject the two locations I recommended in Lagos that has good property appreciation now is Sangotedo and Abijo, both locations are just 5 minutes away from each other and they are just after Ajah Lekki. And of our current estates in these areas, I recommend East Amber to you.

Why East Amber Estate Abijo

First East Amber Estate is owned and being developed by the most progressive Real Estate developer in Nigeria, Landwey Investment Limited. The CEO of the company, Wale Ayilara, just celebrated is 30th birthday (August 2018). He is young, smart, innovative and progressive with his estate designs, it’s architecture and lifestyle combined (waterfall, greenery, Basketball Court, Potable water, Security etc). And in the short time the company has been operating they have proven to be a true developer not another land trader, currently developing about 5 of their estates concurrently. And East Amber estate is so far the fastest developing estate from the company. Within just 6 months of opening the estate for sale a lot of development has been done including perimeter fencing with electric wiring, street lights, gating, painting, interlocking of the estate entrance, Sales office building and Waterfall Well. And work is ongoing on site everyday. First batch of allocation has been done as at writing and ready to build.
