I’ve written about Wealthland Green Estate Awoyaya affordable houses before. But when I did my memory of the place was from my first inspection of it early 2018. And I honestly didn’t think it was a big deal then. All I saw was cheap houses, yes, and lots of promises. But a year later now I started seeing videos of the place from colleagues and noticed the company was really following up with its promises for the place. And knowing their payment plan is affordable for the average Nigerian to buy a house there, I decided to go see the estate again for myself yesterday (March 25th, 2019). And honestly I was very impressed this time. Not just for what the company has been able to achieved in a short time, but because the street where the estate is has really caught up in terms of development. There’s now a number of beautiful private buildings and the area is really looking beautiful.

How is the House Delivered?

All houses are offered as a custom Shell structure to enable owners to finish it to their individual taste. The house is delivered with all Windows and External Doors Fixed. All walls Plastered. Painting Done (External). Electrical and Plumbing Works. Ceilings In & Out (POP inside PVC Outside) and Roofing done. Septic Tanks and Fence Block Works are also done among others.

You the buyer will do the Tiles, Internal Doors, Kitchen cabinets, Toilet seats and Bathroom fittings and Interior painting.

You can finish the house yourself or discuss the taste you want with the office and they will give you a quote and finish it for you.

How Soon is the House Delivered?

Depends on the payment plan you go for.

If you pay outright, there are some buildings available now so your house will be delivered immediately. However if you choose a longer payment plan, then your house will be delivered when 80% of the money is paid. At this time you can finish the house and move in even before completing the remaining payment. This is allowed only if you have been consistent with your payments.
