I’m really excited about this one! Based on estate location and price, Eminence Court estate is one of the best estates I have right now in my portfolio. I think it’s affordable.
Eminence Court estate is seated just opposite the road fencing Beechwood estate in Shapati in Ibeju Lekki. This is several minutes BEFORE Eleko junction. Some Lands with Excision in the Free Trade Zone area sells for N5million a plot. And the Free Trade Zone area from where Eminence Court is, is still like 30 minutes drive away. That should explains why this estate is a steal.
The area where the estate is is developed with houses all around and people living in them. And development has kicked off too in the estate. See video attached below. And as regards potential for profit, this one has good potential. It started selling not long ago for N4.5million a plot. Now it’s selling for N5.2million. And by 2022 it should sell for N7million. So now’s the time to invest here.
