Amity Estate Abijo is an already functioning estate therefore best for those looking to buy and build immediately and move in. People already live in the estate. But there are also plots available for people who want to do land banking. What I like most about the estate is the security and the paved roads. I walked far into the estate and even though there are some undeveloped lands, I didn’t find any road that was not interlocked with covered drainage. All the drainage are covered and visitors must be announced and permission granted by the person they are there to see before they are allowed in. Also I checked the borehole water and unlike some Island water that is really bad, theirs was clean even without any water treatment. Electricity also seems regular in the estate.
