And in 10 years from now, 2026, a land you bought now would have appreciated at least 800-1000% for either residential, hospitality, commercial, or recreational. Whether your plot is for housing or commercial purpose you can never loose.

So are you saying is better to buy from ibeju lekki than an estates in ajah?

That’s not what I meant. It all depends on the goal you’re trying to achieve that will determine where the best place to invest should be, it could be Ajah or Ibeju Lekki.
