There is no electricity yet in the estate but there’s electricity in the area.
No one has moved into the estate yet but the company’s office is at the estate which is already functional.
All the houses are powered to use Inverters but there’s also going to be a plant in the estate to enable 24 hours light in the estate.
There’s going to be a service charge. But amount is yet to be fixed.
House delivery time depends on the payment plan you go for. If you pay outright then available units can be delivered within 3 months. For 6 to 12 months payment plans your house will be delivered in 6 months. 18 and 24 months also possible and delivery time is 9 and 12 months.
