Yes. The charges varies depending on the real estate company that owns the property. However for some companies there are only two extra charges to pay and that is the cost for Deed of Assignment and Survey Plan. And the amount charge for these documents varies too but usually it’s N50,000 for Deed of Assignment and N150,000 for Survey Plan. And both has to be fully paid including the full price of the land before you can do anything on the land.
