Dukia Africa Estate Epe is a fast developing Africa’s Biggest Resort. And the estate is currently on the top of my list of estates that I am very proud of and that’s because from when I first discovered the estate till now the developers, Evermark Ltd, has continued to impress me with the pace of infrastructural development.
Everything has been done right from day one. The estate was first introduced on Prelaunch and when I went to go see it at that time the perimeter fencing and gating was already underway and the company had tarred the road the estate is on by themselves. That spoke to their intention then about how serious they were about developing the estate. Now, as at writing this, the estate has only been around for 4 months yet some major developments has been delivered and others are in progress. They include:
- The Gate House
- The Helipad
- Clearing
- The road network within the estate
- A number of units of the One bedroom bungalow (Oke Aro)
- Among others
And the first batch of allocation that happened November 5th, 2022 saw plots allocation to 27 clients and more to come, and also a few clients were allocated their one bedroom bungalow.
The project’s estimated time for delivery is 3 years. And with what I have seen so far, I’ll say they are well on track to achieve that.
